The Maniapoto Māori Trust Board (MMTB) is committed to has a goal of developing and growing a strong and vibrantthe Maniapoto economyestate and assist in realising economic potentialby stimulating the Maniapoto and regional economy. To help achieve thisunderpin this objective, the MMTB secured fundding from the Ministry of Primary Industries through the Sustainable Farming Fund to undertake a high-level scoping study, and a series of ancillary tasks in a project named ‘Ngā Aho Rangahau o Maniapoto – Threads of Research’.
